Description:
Fougerous Rouzaire has a mild, sweet taste, and is slightly less salty than most traditional French brie’s. The fern leaf on top serves as decoration, and the perfume of the leaf blends with the mushroomy smell of the white mould. It is ivory in colour and the texture is soft and supple.
