Description:
It is described as a creamy, butter cheese. Mild to medium flavoured like most triple creams. Tuxedo Triple Cream has a fairly thin edible rind on it which doesn't have much flavour. On some triple creams, the rind can get fairly strong but this doesn't happen with Tuxedo. A great alternative to St. Andre.
