Description:
This is a soft, surface ripened cheese, shaped in a traditional log shape with long pieces of supportive straw running the length of the exterior, thin, bloomy, white rind. The interior paste is white and firm towards the centre but runnier at the rind. The slightly tangy, goaty with subtle hints of hazelnut flavour becomes more pronounced with age.
